This build currently uses a local DemoVisionAdapter: a rule-based layout/symbol generation engine that creates structured layer objects from sample type, image size, project type, and user inputs. It is not yet connected to production OCR/CV.

AI used right now: DemoVisionAdapter. For real detection later, replace it with OCR + vision model + symbol detector + MEP rules engine. AI Notes uses a local Advisor Engine, so there is no API key, no token usage, and no external call.

This app is configured for Dubai Building Code 2021 context and selected authority context. It uses safe product wording: AI-generated proposed overlay, code context, and required professional verification.

Architecture PNG is treated as the base layer.
Electrical and Plumbing MEP are generated as proposed overlays, not final authority-approved drawings.
Wind Zones are preliminary rule-assisted overlays requiring structural/wind engineering verification.
Exact Dubai Building Code 2021 clause verification requires official code source integration.
